Welcome Family, I am so glad you stopped by and are considering being a part of this epic reunion which has been six months in the making!
About a year and a half ago, I attended the funeral of a younger cousin that I hadn’t seen for over 20 years, even though they lived only twenty minutes away. I know that experience is relatively common with a large family, but that doesn’t mean it’s the right way to live. It’s been on my heart ever since to change that.
So today, I’m inviting you to our first biennial Williams family reunion—a chance to reconnect, celebrate our roots, and make new memories while honoring those we’ve loved and lost. Let’s not wait for another sad occasion to see one another. Let’s choose joy, laughter, and togetherness.
Here's what to expect:
We’ll have a family gathering suite at Hotel Zessa where we can welcome one another, share some laughs, and catch up. It will also be a great time to share any family photos, artifacts, and stories you bring.
By popular vote, we’re heading to the Magic Kingdom to relive our youth. Please meet at the main entrance at 9:00 a.m. for a family photo; then enjoy the park at your own pace—laugh, play, and soak up the magic.
Put on your Williams Kids T-shirt—it’s picnic time! We’ve reserved a private area in the park with a catered lunch, games, activities, and plenty of good old-fashioned family photos.
Hit the beach, sleep in, or go shopping—today is your day to enjoy SoCal. Check out a sight or two, and if SoCal isn’t home for you, pick that spot you’ve always wanted to see. We’ll suggest an informal dinner meet-up; no pressure if you can’t make it.
Don’t wear out your welcome (thanks, Auntie Gloria)! Grab a light breakfast and hit the road. You know SoCal traffic—so don’t blame us if you’re late for church tomorrow. Travel safe! We will see you in 2028!
Volunteers welcome:Registration:
Thank you for considering being part of this epic reunion. I can’t wait to see your faces, hear your laughter, and feel the joy of having us all together. Let’s make this the start of a beautiful tradition—every two years, on purpose and with love!
